Discover the other side of Belgrade, get to know its cruel history by visiting Kalemegdan and its underground facilities.
Excursion program:
The meeting of the group is at the agreed time at the Republic Square. After a brief welcome speech we will take a short walk to the Kalemegdan Fortress. During our vist of Kalemegdan we’ll see some of the most interesting points hidden from the everyday life. You will see Roman well, antique bunkers which were used by Josip Broz Tito, Austrian gunpowder storehouse which today servers as a small museum with exhibitions from the period of Roman Empire.
We will continue our tour with a visit to the center of creativity and fun – Savamala, old trade center of Belgrade where you will have a chance to see how the food and beverage was kept in the underground bunkers
Finally, you will be provided with free wine in the most unusual wine cellar.
