Foreign citizens enter Serbia with valid passports and visas, issued by diplomatic and consular offices of Serbia abroad.

Following countries do not need visas to enter Serbia:

  1. a) For all passport types up to 90days stay: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belorussia, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Chile, Denmark, , Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Canada, Cyprus, Cuba, Costa Rica, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, USA, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland Sweden, Tunis, Vatican and Great Britain.
  2. b) For diplomatic and service passports, as well as for regular passports declaring “on business in…” PR Korea, China, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Russia, Turkmenistan;
  3. c) For diplomatic and service passports only: Ecuador, Pakistan, Guiney, Peru, Turkey;
  4. d) For diplomatic passports only: Egypt;
  5. e) Regular passports only:

Conditions of issuing visas to citizens in need for visa to enter Serbia:
 Valid passports 
 Letter of Invitation to conduct a private visit (certified by the relevant authorities in Serbia) or letter of Invitation of a company to conduct a business visit or verification of domestic or authorized tourist agency about a paid travel package (voucher or other payment verification). On a reciprocal basis a foreign citizen can be asked to show:
 Returning transportation ticket 
 Evidence of possessing of sufficient amount of money in hard currency 
 Verification of health fund to cover all potential medical costs.

Information about Visas for Serbia – Group and transit visas

Citizens of countries needing visas to travel to Serbia, can obtain group visas in local tourist agencies. To issue a transit visa, for citizens of these countries is needed a visa for the country they will enter after the transit through Serbia. Costs of the transit visa is approximately 30 €.
